Information we collect
We collect the contact details, answers, LinkedIn URL, and résumé you submit through the application form.
How we use and protect it
Applications are stored privately in ACACIA and are available only to authorized recruiting personnel. We use them only for recruitment, security, and related recordkeeping.
Retention
For unsuccessful or withdrawn applications, we retain the application for 12 months after the recruiting process concludes and then delete the application and résumé. Hired-candidate information becomes part of the applicable employee record.
